Sticks & Strings LLC operates this site and the membership club it represents. By creating an account or buying a pass, you agree to these terms and to the Code of Conduct.
ACCOUNTS
- You must be 18+.
- One account per person. Don't impersonate.
- You're responsible for what happens on your account — keep your credentials safe.
- We can suspend or remove accounts that violate the Code of Conduct or these terms.
MEMBERSHIP, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS
Tiers, prices, and benefits are listed on the site and may change. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Day passes and store orders are non-refundable except where required by law or where we cancel the underlying event.
YOUR CONTENT
You keep the rights to the audio, video, photos, and posts you upload. You grant us a license to host, display, and back up that content as part of running the club. You promise it's yours to share and that it doesn't violate someone else's rights.
OUR CONTENT
The site, branding, lessons, and original written material belong to Sticks & Strings LLC. Don't copy or republish it without permission.
WHAT YOU CAN’T DO
- Scrape, hammer, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Spam other members or use the platform for unrelated commercial outreach.
- Upload illegal, infringing, or harassing content.
DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uptime, that every show happens, or that every audition succeeds. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located there.
