Every member, guest, partner, and staffer at every chapter, online and in person. Showing up means agreeing to this.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Treat every player like a player — skill level, age, background, identity, gear, none of it changes that.
- Consent in jams, in conversations, in tagging photos. Ask, then act.
- No hate speech, harassment, or threats — in chat, in DMs, in person.
- 18+ space. Don't bring it down with substance abuse or aggression.
- Take care of the room: gear, neighbors, the chapter that hosted you.
HOW WE HANDLE PROBLEMS
Reports go to conduct@sticksandstrings.org. We read everything. We follow up. We protect the reporter's identity unless they ask otherwise. Outcomes range from a conversation to suspension to permanent removal — proportional to the harm.
